Basic Info BioWell, where to start...
I know... I am a 21 year old GAY male!! That's right...gasp...I like men!!
Now that that's out of the way, I guess I will just warn you all that I am an uber-geek when it comes to a lot of things but I know very little about computers. In fact, I know just enough to post on here without blowing the site up - okay, maybe being roomates with a member of LJ support doesn't hurt. If you really want to hear a long-winded discussion please just ask me about any of my interests listed above.
To tell you a little more about myself, I am currently taking a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Grant MacEwan College and transferring next year to the University of Alberta. Since I am also very much a Conservative (I will carry a card when Stephen Harper steps down) you may think I will grow up to become a money-grubbing capitalist. But wait, there is more!! I am planning on majoring in Non-Profit management so that I can help Non-Profit companies manage themselves and serve their stakeholders better.
This leads me to one of my main passions (both professional and personal) - Board Governance! If you are on a non-profit (or even for-profit) board and want some help in governance or management, please feel free to pick my brains for some free advice.
I am also a history and mythology buff, so I like telling stories!! That is all I will bore you with now, so please enagage me in internet conversation or even ask my phone number and we can chat in voice-to-voice glory! Hope to talk to many interesting people soon!!
Finally, about my username... Apparently when my friend wanted to put my number in his phone he found out he already had two Adam's so instead of Adam F he decided on FAdam because it would catch his eye better. Anyway, the name stuck and there you have it.
